Description
Prior request was falsely marked completed (DPW000175833) with comment "graded and chipped" but literally nothing was done to the alley at all. This alley was resurfaced about a year ago and it was in excellent condition. Utilities did work and dug it up and never properly fixed it. Since then, huge potholes have developed. These potholes definitely cause risk of damage to vehicles and are a huge burden to Tyler Automotive as a business moving customers' cars. Please resurface the alley ASAP.
