Description
vegetation from 42nd Street and Riverside Drive has crept into the eastbound lane from 42nd St to Hillcrest, making the lane not wide enough for cars and bikes. This causes cars to cross the yellow line into the oncoming land of traffic - on a curvy road such as Riverside Dr this is VERY dangerous.
