Description
Chronic (lived here 16 yrs.) flooding at entrance of alley & over sidewalks at 1501 West & Birch. Needs proper & revised drainsge then restoring its original historic cobblestone. This is a MESS. In winter it freezes and becomes quite dangerous. Thank you for your help! Tracy Kemp Stallings 1505 West
