Description
I walk throughout the neighborhoods and the James River Park system. While there is trash pretty much to be found everywhere, bottles and fast food eveyrwhere on the ground. I find it to be especially bad on 21st Street, especially between the park entrance up to the block before Semmes. It's always there, it's everyday.
