Description
The people living in 1311 Willis St have allowed excessive trash to collect in their back alley around their garbage bins snd all over the back fence area. The trash overflowed onto the vehicle route in the alley in which trash trucks and other vehicles drive through, so they have driven over the trash and strewn it all accross the alley into the neighbor’s trash collection areas. The waste is attracting pests and blocking the alley from any vehicles, including emergency vehicles. Please inspect
