Description

This request is for 1905 Carter Street. There is a separate request for 1907 Carter. My last few requests were removed for being deemed a duplicate. This is not a dulipicate. Large willow oak in front of 1905 Carter Street is dropping large branches and limbs on road and house. Cars have been damaged in past from tree. The city should really evaluate all trees on this block.
