Description
Would love for the city to install a 2 speed bumps on 28th st and x and y intersections. People drive reckless and keep side swipping parked cars on 28th st. I walk my dog and crossing the street is dangerous due to speeding. Creating speed bumps will slow these speeders down. Thank you!
