Description
Immediately install guardrails along the North and South sections of 6912 and 6915 Longview Drive above the shear, vertical drops of 10 feet above the RVA DPU culvert pipe “in & out-flow” head wall locations. Comply with VDOT / GRIT -Chapter 5 standards. Close this section of Longview Drive to motor vehicle traffic until curbs, berms or guardrail systems are in place to protect motorists and passengers from two, shear drops of 10 feet into boulders & storm water. See safety criteria below.
