Citizen states she has called in several times about this tree explained the tree didn't meet criteria the last call Request: DPW000169884. citizen states Dominion Power state the tree needs to be pruned. citizen states branches are dropping ane leaning towrards her home. and tree need to cut down on she is going to twelve on your side

    Caller phoned back in to complain at length regarding tree leaning towards property, advised caller multiple times that RVA311 does not have access to DPW scheduling information & that the only note left references the tree being in line for pruning
