Description
The entire length of the Riverside Drive “Off-ramp” is overgrown w/ vines and vegetation @ the South end of the St. Rt. 147 / Huguenot Bridge area. Pavement markings are obscured by vegetation. Vines grow on light poles and guard rails. Vines & vegetation grow on, above and over the dual “STOP & Do Not Enter” signs @ the intersection with Riverside Drive. Schedule regular seasonal RVA DPW mowing for the entire length of the Riverside Drive “off & on ramps” @ the Huguenot Bridge underpass.
