Description
I'd like to put in for an assessment. I constantly see cars flying up and down Meadowbridge, some slamming on brakes as unsuspecting cars pull out from side streets because they don't realize how fast the Meadowbridge cars are moving. I also witnessed a dog get hit and killed instantly at this intersection due to a car that was going way too fast to react properly to an animal that had momentarily gotten away from its owner.
