Description
This tree stump needs to be picked up, not ground down, just picked up. I know there have been numerous requests on this stump, but somehow they get dismissed. The tree across the street was cut down less than a month ago, crews have already ground it down. Can someone take this huge montrostity that has been laying there for over 6 months, please. It is on the east side of North Rowland between Floyd and Grove surrounded by city cones. Cannot miss it.
