Description
The pedestrian signal at 12th & Hull has been stuck at 6 seconds countdown for days. I'm unclear on whether the whole light is stuck (i.e., whether the traffic on 12th never gets a green light) or just the pedestrian signal, since I've been giving up on it changing and just jaywalked.
