Description
Nearly half the sidewalk is covered in dirt piles and debris. Making it hard and dangerous for pedestrians to walk on as there may be glass or other things in the dirt. It gets fairly muddy in the rain too and having to dodge the mud and duck under the trees that are taking up the other half makes it a horrible experience.
