Description
Tree on the corner of Layfette & W Malvern Street. Caller states there is a large tree with a broken limb where a stop sign on the corner and it falls it is at high risk of knocking down the stop sign, hitting a car and possibly hitting someone. Caller was advised if there are power lines running in the tree he will have to call DE and inform of the powerline. Caller became irrate and said it was not his responsibility to call DE, he did his part by calling the COR.
