Description

State certified arborists observed that there are several trees in the back yard of 1105 Floyd Avenue that are at an extremely high risk of FALLING DOWN. T It appears to be onetime however there are several trees located here and they have been covered in ivy from top to bottom for years and some sections of the trees are dead and there are concealed with the ivy so it is hard to see. Now some of the branches are over the alley and over 20 N Harrison Street and could be a hazard to that residen
