Description
There is a very old tree that has branches hanging on to power lines and needs to be cut back in my neighbor's yard. It is a rental home and it has. I've been unable to contact the owner It is in the alley behind 608 Northside avenue. You can clearly see where the power lines and cable lines are being dragged down because of the tree
