Description
Large, dead, tree limb hanging Hanover Ave in a HIGHLY active walking area with baby strollers, children and adults. This dead limb is always dropping tree debris. The tree next to it, closer to the corner ofHanover Ave. and Woodlawn Ave, also has a large dead limb hanging over the Hanover. Both trees are between the sidewalk and the street.
