Description
The proliferation of weeds along gutters and the uneven road/gutter systems on S Street create hazardous conditions for pedestrians and vehicles alike. The entire stretch of road requires a thorough reevaluation and improvement to ensure safety. The most problematic area is the intersection at S Street and N 31st, which stands out as the worst in terms of safety and requires immediate attention with several issues needing to be addressed here.
