Description
Utility lines run underneath the canopy of the tree. One large limb has broken and is currently dangling over a wooden fence. Tree has dropped dead limbs often in the past and has more dead limbs in the top of the tree ready to fall. A public sidewalk runs underneath the tree - a dangerous situation.
