Description

We, at 804:W 30th St and neighbors at 803 have requested multiple times over several years that a dying tree be removed. Today a huge limb fell on our neighbors new car and seriously damaged it. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET THIS TREE REMOVED. All that has been done is trimming.
