Description
City tree along the sidewalk in front of 4800 Monument Ave appears to be dying with dried, dead limbs overhanging the sidewalk. It is dangerous to people and cars that park under it, especially as late summer storms strike with wind and lightning. A woman was killed by a falling limb from a city tree recently in WDC.
