Description
Excessive trash and litter accumulation from frequent and documented loiterers whom are very often publicly intoxicated The combination of un-policed behavior of habitual offenders whom are leveraging the bus stop not for rides, but rather as a guise for their congregations, aggressive panhandling, solicitation of prostitutes, disregard of no trespassing signs, and otherwise harassment of citizens at all hours The adjacent store does not discourage this behavior nor does the lack of a trashcan
