The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. This reply is based on the incident address of 5506 Jarvis Rd. Jarvis Rd between Queen Anne Dr and Rosemont Rd measures approximately 700’ from stop sign to stop sign. This measurement is much less 1200’ so a speed table is not planned.
