Description
Recently the city installed new traffic lights at the intersection of Chamberlayne Ave. and Westbrook. This required a trench being dug across Chamberlayne. The patch used to fill the trench has sunk. Now when large vehicles and trucks go over it there's a loud boom and it shakes the whole house. Please repair it as soon as you can.
