Description

Reporting the public urination and defecation in the alley between the Barbara Johns Building and the St Peter's Church on Grace Street. Homeless loitering continues to increase in our area.

    There were no findings of defecating and urination from the homeless. Also, DPW does not address homeless surrounding buildings in the city.
