Description

Speaking with caller and he received another call from his manager, citizen stated he had to take call. Agent was not able to complete questions, agent not sure if utility lines are running through the trees. Trees are located in the alleyway on Dundee and West 33rd Street on the side of the alley.Caller was not able to get PDR service request deu to taking another call, email sent with PDR #
