Description

Dead “rebrum oak” tree in traffic/parking area circle at intersection of Mosby St & Princess Anne Ave. Tree approx 3 years old. Was abused by DPW weed wacker “collared” at base of tree trunk. Also, tree species might not be suitable for excessive heat waves. See photos.
