Description
The alley between the 1400 block of Mechanicsville Tp and Spotsylvania St is turning into a dump. Bulk collections missed a pickup day and that was an invitation to open dumping by trifling individuals that don't even live on the block. Trees are growing in fence lines and homeowners don't try to maintain. Vegetation from vacant properties is making the alley in accessible.
