Description

We have had a substantial increase in homeless activity around the Barbara Johns Building. People have been frequently defecating and urinating on/around the building premise and we are hoping that there is a solution to this.

    There were no findings of defecating and urination from the homeless. Also, DPW does not address homeless surrounding buildings in the city.
