Description
general car speeds exceed regular limit between lights on W Cary & Meadow through W Cary & Harrison. Due to increased pedestrian traffic for Fancy Biscuit and Nate's Bagels this cross walk becomes dangerous as folks speed through the area. Cars trying to cross from the south side of S Allen to the north side of S Allen have to go up the wrong direction on W Cary St
