    Neither Southall Ave nor Gregory Ave are one-way streets. There is a one-way alley opposite the 7-11 between Southall Ave and Broad Rock Rd. The July 2023 Google Street view shows a Do Not Enter sign to restrict traffic from using the alley coming from Broad Rock Rd.
