Description

PATSY ANN DRIVE IS A LONG ROAD COMING OFF OF BROAD ROCK AND ALL DAY AND NIGHT THERE IS SPEEDING HAPPENING. THERE ARE MANY FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN ON THE STREET AND SPEEND HUMPS AND/OR BUMPS ARE NEEDED.
