Description

Multiple panels of sidewalk are lifted over 2”. Requires large root removal below panels, forming for new panels and pouring new concrete. Skimming in a wedge will fail as the gap is too wide with too much height differential to tolerate expansion/contraction without failing. FYI- large tree was removed and the stump ground by a city contractor without addressing the root system under the sidewalk.
