Description
This intersection needs pedestrian yield markers for drivers, a yield pylon or signs facing in either direction on Roanoke. A protected, lighted pedestrian install is ideal for the crossing long-term, similar to the one at 42nd Street and Forest Hill. Citizens use the crossing regularly to access the bus stop or neighborhoods on either side of Roanoke, along with students walking to and from Richmond High School for the Arts. The intersection serves as a bus stop for school children.
