Description
Tree lost a large limb today around 12:30PM. Limb fell across power lines and caught fire. Limb is across the road. 911 and Dominion were contacted. Dominion Staff person told me they would cut up the downed limb. He told me to contact City to report that tree is unstable. Concerned it is a danger and could fall on 1 of the houses right there, including mine. This evening, I spoke to another Dominion employee. He indicated that Dominion would not be removing the limb. He said that the City would be responsible for removing it. I am concerned that the limb blocks access for emergency vehicles to access the street in the even of an emergency.
