Description

This property owner has constantly neglected the vegetation on this property. The traffic sign showing the speed limit and winding road information is completely blocked. The vegetation on both angles of the property is over 3 feet, giving walkers limited space to move over when traffic is coming. The signs is covered with overgrown hedges unable to see the sign.
