Description
This intersection needs a 4 way stop. Cross traffic is virtually impossible to see when pulling out from Rowland heading north. We have witnessed multiple accidents and near misses in this intersection due to the speed of vehicles on Idlewood, and the lack of sight lines when pulling out from Rowland.

The intersection of Idlewood Ave and Rowland St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop.
