Description

DPW-Citizen stated that the roots of the COR tree is causing her sidewalk to be cracked and lifted. Citizen walkway is cracked. Citizen is elderly.

    I've spoken with Ms. Trice and informed her that this is a sidewalks issue, which there is an open service request for. The Urban Forestry Division cannot do any work until the sidewalk panels have been removed.
