Description
Speeding is regular at this intersection, made more dangerous by pedestrians walking from one apartment building to the other or cars merging onto 18th from the surface parking lot and Clay. Visibility is also impaired due to the street parking, making it difficult to determine whether traffic is oncoming when merging.
