See ID DPW000171923 - it has the wrong location listed. Here is the original description: "Medium sized stump remains over a year after city removed tree after a storm took it down. The stump is on Kent Rd between 3901 Park and the alley. NOTE: city water meter very close to stump and I have it marked with an orange stake/rod." "No parking on Saturday" for tree service signs have been up next to 3901 Park Ave for over 2 weeks. The stump is still there as well as are the signs. REMOVE THE STUMP!
