Description
I would like a trash can to replace the one that has vanished from my back alley. I had that one since October 2021 (see my original request on attached images). Has there been a policy change that now forces duplex neighbors to share one supercan? Apartment 2 has their own and I would like my own for Apartment 1 as well. If I am required to purchase one to replace the missing can, I would like someone to tell me so explicitly.
