Description
I reported this earlier and was sent a message that it had been repaired, but no repair had actually taken place and the deterioration continues. Something under the road causes one portion to raise up and another to fall, then it cracks open. This has happened before a few feet away, and the patch there is beginning to fail. We now have dirt, rocks and chunks of asphalt. please check for exact location, as the pin placement seems to wander. The pothole is in front of 4504 Seminary Ave.
