Description

Resident stated her neighbors have their fence further out in the alley then the rest of the neighbors so now when they put their trash can and their compose bin out in front of their fence, they are in the right away of the alley. Resident stated that they are not maintaining the vegetation by their fence in the alley. Resident stated that her husband has been cutting the vegetation back so that it does not scratch their new car as the drive down the alley to park their car.
