Description

Massive holes from work being done and not replaced. Rebar protruding from sidewalk as well. The area is covered in clay and dirt from the work that was done, so most holes are completely covered and not visible. The sidewalk is in complete disarray and is a serious danger. 3 people have been injured in the last 2 weeks.
