Description

"Pothole" created by depression where water pipe was installed. Creates sever bump for cars driving over it (especially larger trucks with trailers). Also extremely loud when larger vehicles drive over it and shakes nearby housing. Definitely has potential to damage trailers and disturbing surrounding area.
