Description

This are behind Albemarle Avenue is owned by the City was cleared 8+/- years ago, but the City has not maintained it. The swale/ditch in the alley has filled and overgrown and has created flooding and runoff to many of the homes. Please take care of this, this has called allot damage and needs to be maintained! I'm happy to give access through my yard. I have called before, a couple years ago... a city official came out made a "ticket" and then nothing was done. This needs to be dealt with.
