Description

Tree has been dropping limbs regularly, landed extremely close to cars parked on the street, and is now restricting parking on the street because neighbors are afraid to park und the tree due to possibility of damage. A tree around the corner was recently removed fully and this tree should be too for safety (and sanitary reasons).
