Description
Traffic light does not change properly. Even when there is no traffic on Jahnke Road, the signal will not change to allow traffic from Westover Gardens Blvd to proceed. Sometimes the length of time waiting is over 2 minutes, regardless of the time of night or day or the traffic on Jahnke Road, leading to drivers trying to avoid the stoplight by making u-turns on Janhke Road, creating hazardous traffic conditions, Light timing changed around 3 months ago.
