Description

**Option needed NOT available as subtype** Workers were digging around the alley light pole yesterday (Wed-6/12) & when they were finished installing some sort of paper wrap, the cable connection to my home was no longer working. I see that they bent up the ground wiring & suspect that is part of the problem.

    Alley has been graded and chipped. private contractor was in alley maybe that's who interrupted his cable service.
